Centrepoint Helpline

If you’re young and worried you might be homeless – the Centrepoint Helpline is here for you. The helpline offers advice to anyone in England aged 16-25. If you’re worried about a young person you know, the helpline can also help you.

Everyone deserves a safe and stable place to live. It’s scary when you don’t know where to turn. The Centrepoint Helpline connects you to the right services as quickly as possible. We listen, we advise and we support you to make a plan

We’ve found that more than 150,000 young people approached their local authority for help with housing in a year. Many were turned away without support. No one is prepared for homelessness, the housing system is complex and it’s hard to know where to get help and find support. Young people are passed from pillar to post across different organisations. We want to prevent this by connecting young people to the right support at the right time. We listen, we advise and support young people to make a plan that works for them.

Call the Centrepoint Helpline free on 0808 800 0661 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) or contact us online and we’ll get back to you.
