One Stop Shop, Windsor Offices

Since 2016, Youth Homeless North East have been working and consulting with young homeless people in the North East about what effect New Psychoactive Substances (NPS –Former ‘Legal Highs’) have had on their lives and what affect the ban, introduced in May 2016, has had on their use and supply.

We have been working with young people to co-produce an awareness raising session to deliver to young people and professionals across the North East.

We are pleased to be running the following FREE session:

Tuesday 31st July 1pm – 3pm,
One Stop Shop, Windsor Offices,
Middleton Grange Shopping Centre, Hartlepool, TS24 7RJ

The session will cover the following:

  • Overview of the NPS Project
  • What are NPS?
  • Why do young people use substances
  • Legal Implications
  • Risks to young people

If you wish to attend, or have young people who are interested, please confirm attendance by 5pm on Wednesday 25 July 2018 by contacting Youth Homeless North East on
