Across the UK there are multiple organisations where you can seek help when experiencing any relationship difficulties:

  • The Mix offers advice on all types of relationships including; romantic relationships and relationships with friends and family. They offer a no-limits sex advice on everything from the virginity myth and choosing the right contraception to bondage experiments and avoiding STIs.


  • Essential meditation This organisation focuses on children and young people with problems at school or college and help them to find solutions. They are independent and professional mediators listening to young people and assisting them in solving any difficulties, they might have including education, health, or care.


  • Childline: Childline is a national charity to help anyone under 19 from abuse and bullying to relationships.


  • Relate UK is a leading relationship counselling and support charity for anyone experiencing relationship difficulties.


  • Meditation Family The family meditation council helps adults and young people with different topics they are concerned about including unmarried parents, step-grandparents, and family issues. They provide young people with support with court proceedings with family law.
